Indonesian Fried Rice

This morning, before ayah (my hubby) and Kanza returned home after playing I had made a plateful of fried rice for their breakfast. I made one which was healthy and did not cost me a lot.

Simple ingredients needed:

2 bowls of cooked rice

2 tbs olive oil


1 ts (teaspoon)  home-made chili sauce

1 ts tomato sauce

2 tbs sweet soya sauce

1 ts fish oil

1/2 ts salt


carrot, cabbage, and  green beans

1/2 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 chili

2 green onions and,

steamed chicken

How to:

First, heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add steam chicken. Saute a while. Then, put the chopped vegetables and green onions and cook them for two minutes. Put the mixed ingredient  and add the cooked rice and stir them until combined. I put chopped omelette out of two beat eggs on the fried rice to make it complete.
